Media Storage & Retention

Your project media is stored securely. As a courtesy, the materials you send us are archived for up to 24 months after delivery in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud storage, and may be permanently deleted after that. We recommend keeping your own copies of your photos and videos. Business records are kept as required by law.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business, such as payment, email, and cloud storage providers. We never sell your information.
